I am Joe Walton and I was the Supervisor representing District One in Powhatan County from 2008-2011.
I created and maintain this website to keep folks informed about my positions and service as well as a calendar of community events and meetings.
While I was not successful in my re-election bid on Election Day 2011, I am proud of the accomplishments over the last four years and have no regrets. Serving in an elected capacity without regard for re-election permits wide latitude to solve problems and take bold
steps.
